Description
This exquisite Lalique “Chrysis” crystal mascot captures the spirit of Art Deco elegance. Originally designed in 1931 by René Lalique, the piece represents a stylized female figure leaning gracefully forward, her flowing hair extending like wings in motion. Produced in the 1990s by Lalique France, this collectible continues to embody the same timeless allure as its original design.
The frosted crystal surface softly diffuses light, while the dynamic sculptural form evokes freedom, speed, and beauty. Whether displayed as a centerpiece in an Art Deco collection, placed on a desk as a symbol of inspiration, or admired as a rare automotive art object, it offers a sense of refinement and history.
Minor signs of age such as tiny scratches and subtle marks are present, but the piece retains excellent overall condition. A signed “Lalique France” mark is etched on the base.
